At Renée Noir Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
